Joe Sugg, Generational Wealth Advocate
I focus on the 85% that decides whether wealth lasts.
Trust, communication, and heirs ready to carry it... the part most advisors aren't paid to watch.
What a talk brings to a room
Joe Sugg, Generational Wealth Advocate, works with first-generation business owners and their families on the 85% that decides whether wealth lasts... trust, communication, and heirs ready to carry it.
The family defines itself before outside noise defines it for them.
His talks give a room the language, the structure and the first conversation a family needs... before the money moves.
Nobody at the table has the full picture to speak for your family.
These talks are about taking that seat.
Keynotes
The 85% That Decides Whether Wealth Lasts
You've done the 15%. The will. The trust. The entities. They're in a drawer.
The part that decides whether any of it lasts isn't in the drawer.
For owner, couple and faith-business rooms, and client events hosted by banks, trust companies, RIAs and law firms.
Built to Provide
You built a business that provides.
Providing isn't the same as leading the business of family.
For owner and men's rooms. Adapts for couples.
The Most Generous Thing You'll Ever Do Is Sign Payroll
Generosity is bigger than donating.
A job. A paid invoice. A product that solves a real problem. An investment in someone else's business.
For generosity gatherings and faith-business rooms.
The Conversation Your Plan Can't Have for You
Your estate plan can tell your kids what they get.
It can't tell them why.
For couples, families and client events.
Who Am I When I Sell?
The deal closes on a Tuesday.
On Wednesday, nobody calls you for a decision.
The family side of a sale... identity, purpose and roles. Never the deal itself.
One Family, Many Seats
Every professional you hire looks at your family from their own seat... and reads your intake form.
A family that has defined itself makes every professional's work better.
Built for sponsored events where the host is the hero.
Workshops
- How Your Family Actually Operates. Each person's natural approach, measured with Kolbe and DISC, instead of guessed.
- Your First Family Meeting. Who's in the room, how to start it, what not to say.
- Preparing Heirs. Roles, not just receipts.
- The B.S. Audit. Belief systems... what we caught, taught, or thought was true... and the blind spots they create.
Family conversation events
A turnkey evening for your clients.
You host and invite. Joe Sugg, Generational Wealth Advocate, leads a conversation on the 85% that decides whether wealth lasts. Couples come together. Adult children are welcome.
It's never a pitch.
